Maritza Loyola will forever be a part of the cheergyms.com Family.  Having worked with us from 2000 – 2007, most notably as the Director for the Illusions Cheerleading Gym and All Star program, Maritza has impacted the lives of so many in the cheergyms.com program.  We have been blessed to have had her be a part of this organization. 

  In the Summer of 2007 Maritza’s younger brother was diagnosed with Cancer.  After undergoing 4 sessions of chemotherapy her brother, Gerardo (Jerry) was declared in remission in September of that same year. 

  Just recently his cancer has returned and Jerry will have to undergo high-dose chemotherapy in San Francisco.  This has taken an obvious emotional and financial toll on Jerry, Maritza and the Loyola family.

  Cheergyms.com wants to help their family.  We are asking all of you to help us by clicking “Donate” below and donating anything you can, whether it be $1, $10, $100 or more.  This money will help cover medical bills, housing costs (for the family to stay close) and more.  If you know of any Illusions alumni, Cheer Force One alumni, athletes Maritza has coached, Dew Tour family, or anyone that would be willing to help please forward them this page. 

  Jerry fought cancer once and won.  In this rematch, Jerry will win again; this time with us in his corner as well.
